Dr. Lanie Huffman graduated with honors from the University of Iowa where she received her bachelors of arts degree. She went on to study podiatric medicine on scholarship at Rosalind Franklin University at The Chicago Medical School/ Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine and graduated with honors in podiatric medicine. She completed her 3 year surgical residency at the University of Florida/Shands Jacksonville, Florida in foot and ankle that focused on orthopedic trauma with foot and ankle reconstruction. She served as Chief Resident during her time there and was also their first female resident. Dr. Huffman has been involved in research and has published several articles. She has been consistently awarded one of the top 3 podiatrists in Indianapolis
by "The Three Best Rated" for 5 years in a row and received top Doctor Award and Top Podiatrist award for 2019-2020. She is double board certified in foot and ankle surgery and podiatric medicine by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and American Board of Podiatric Medicine.
